There is a general trend that younger doctors are prioritizing the life and work balance. Seemingly, it conflicts with a productivity-incentivized, "value-based" U.S. healthcare system. As physicians, how do we balance this or come to terms with this? I don't think there is a right or wrong answer but you'll see more young doctors realize that they have the power to choose.
